Female, Hui Nationality. Born in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province in June 1966. The National First-Level scriptwriter, President of ASSITEJ China, Member of Chinese Writers Association, Member of the Council of China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, Member of the Council of Chinese Dramatists Association, Outstanding Expert of Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Doctoral Supervisor and Visiting Professor of Department of Dramatic Literature of Central Academy of Drama. Winner of “Cao Yu Theatre Award for writing of China Theatre Awards”.

        In 1982, she started her career and began to publish novels and prose on national literature publications. in 1991, she graduated from Department of Dramatic Literature of Central Academy of Drama (5-year), and received Bachelor Degree of Arts. from 1991 to 2014, she served successively as a writer, assistant of the president and Vice President of of China Coal?Mine?Art Troupe. in 2014, she began to work as the Vice President of China National Theatre for Children, and since 2020, she has been the President of China National Theatre for Children .

        Her main play-writing works include Goat Does not Eat Paradise Grass, Chinese Soldiers, TR-E-E. She co-wrote nearly 300 TV series, such as I Love My home, Beijing Summer and Love?Across Time, published 4 full-length novels, collection of essays and collections of review. She has been the chief producer of major national cultural events such as “Strive! Chinese People” and “the Great Journey”, and has been awarded “Outstanding Contributor” and “Meritorious Service”.
